Exercise Group - Strength, Balance and Flexibility

10 Week Program

Starts: 12 July 2017

One of the best ways to remain healthy is to keep an active lifestyle. Through regular exercise, preventative therapies and social activities, you can reduce the risk of injury and illness and improve your overall health.

This weekly exercise program, run over 10 weeks, will focus on exercises and skills that will help with falls prevention.

Weekly classes held on Wednesdays. You are not required to come to all 10 classes - just whatever you can make it to.

Who is it for?

People 65+ and their families/friends interested in preventing falls risks and improving general health and wellbeing.


$10 per class. If booked consecutively, the 10th class is FREE!

9.00am for a 9.30am start concludes 10.30am followed by morning tea.
